  1. Dang! I just bought Gadget this weekend! lol – wish I had waited a day and saved 50% :/

Still, loving Gadget so far. Looking forward to using it more on the go with my iPhone 6s plus as well!

  2. There is HUGE latency in Gadget 2.0 now, has anyone noticed? It’s 30-40 ms at least if not more. Doesn’t matter if you play from the screen or from a USB MIDI keyboard. Compare it to any other synth/sampler app, there is a huge difference… I can’t imagine they screwed this up.

      1. Thanks for the tip! In the previous version I had it set to standard and it was perfectly fast… now I set it to the fastest, it’s better but still very far from iMaschine for example. Very disappointed 🙁

  3. Wonder why they did not integrate ipolysix & MS20 as modules like they did with M1? Thought this was defo going to be a feature of V2!

  4. oh i know you will all hate me for this but…

Aint “universal” till its available for non Apple devices…

Not all of us want or can afford Apple disposable-ware devices for rich people.

    1. I own a mac and currently can`t pay my rent. So not only rich people…. Truth be told though it depends if you want a new one and the “latest model” if not then you can get used ones pretty cheap. I get your point about compatibility though. i hate it too when i find things-apps i like in “windows only” version so it works both ways

    2. I’m no Apple fanboy, but until Android sorts out their audio latency, then developers have no choice but to concentrate their efforts on the iOS platform.

  5. Cemego I don’t hate you but Apples products are probably less disposable than their competitors and a seconhand iPad 3 aint expensive you know..

  6. Nice news from Gadget (best App for me)
but there is a big bug on this update :
    BE CAREFUL
When you change between the songs, the tempo stay at the same BPM than the last one.

    And another problem:
You can’t change instantly from scene to another scene anymore with a double click/touch on the play button of the scene. You need to wait the end of the scene to change or … touch/click “general stop” button and select the play button of the scene after that … it’s not very confortable now.

  7. Took a while to find the metronome button. Please put it back where it was!
The full screen instrument view is really nice on iPad pro, but would be way better with the transport section visible too.
Still waiting for solid external midi clock sync…..
