This is Imaginary Landscapes, a film on Brian Eno that is part documentary and part interview.

The 1989 film was directed by Gabriella Cardazzo & Duncan Ward, and offers a look at Eno from the perspective of the late ’80s. Much of the documentary is Eno’s thoughts on music and art, told in his own words.
