The NorthEast Electro-Music Festival (NEEMFest), an international electronic music festival, will be held Sept 9-11, 2022 in Homer, New York.
NEEMFest is a weekend-long gathering of electronic musicians from all over the world. The event features solo performances, collaborations, workshops, and a “synth petting zoo”. The goal of the event is to promote interchange, inspiration, and education among experimental-music artists, along with cultivating new audiences for new music via public performance and educational events.
NEEM has been in existence for more than 15 years. Originally held in the Philadelphia area, and later in the New York-New Jersey-Pennsylvania tri-state area, NEEM moved to the Center for the Arts of Homer in 2017.
All-weekend passes are available now for $15 USD. Details are available at the event site.
That is a FANTASTIC price of admission. Pity for me considering the $60 Knobcon is a twenty minute drive for me
and you get to perform if you sign up to do so! Next year….there is always next year.

From the website: “We are concerned for the health of all members of our community. All persons attending NEEMFest will be required to provide proof of vaccination and at least one booster shot. We may also, at our sole discretion, impose masking requirements stricter than those in effect at the Homer Center or in New York State.”

Torgood, you can speak for yourself. And in that very respect, take your own advice cause many do not like others deciding for them either…how they mitigate risks. I have worked in close proximity with a never ending rotation of strangers throughout this whole shit show and I as well as most my colleagues have been hit with the Fauci virus and have continued working soon after the required quarantine period. Don’t know any who were hospitalized and that sir is quite a few as testament. Dispense with the lectures and I know upon saying this that most will back you up on this site. I’ve dealt with worse so I don’t have shrinkage. And I won’t dignify with a response and predictable follow up of pointless morass.
