Ultimate Patches has introduced a new sound library, 333 New Wavestate Presets, that showcases the sonic range of the Korg Wavestate synthesizer.
The collection features three volumes of Wavestate presets, each offering 111 sounds. You can preview the patches via the above video.
While Korg markets the Wavestate primarily for its modern implementation of Wave Sequencing synthesis, the synth has a deep synth engine that’s capable of recreating classic subtractive synthesis sounds and much more. This collection showcases a completely different side of the Wavestate than the official presets.
Pricing and Availability
333 New Wavestate Presets is available now for $33.99 (normally $59).
superb
bread and butter sounds….very nice.
Fucking retro-all-hit-shit
I thouht this is a new synthesizer, not a chesspool of sounds played over 1000 times ?!!
….sorry i ment cesspit (jauchengrube) not chesspool….however, this samplepack really sucks!
Great way to add some history to the box. Super-nice recreation of the classics to add to this sound-forward machine. Mix and match! I have a similar set he did for Behringer Deepmind, and have been very happy with it.
I actually bought the library and have to say that while some of them are nice, there are a ton that are just bad, really repetitive and annoying. I was really hoping for more, but having these periodic noises being passed off as professional instruments is a bit much. You can play them, but a lot of them are not anything you’d want to.
