Not all musicians are broke – some of us save or budget for an occasional ‘dream synth’ purchase like this, the Prophet reissues or even a Moog modular system.
Ah, waiting on the Behringer clone, huh? Cute. Some of us actually save for quality gear instead of holding out for knockoffs. Not everything is made for the ‘broke but opinionated’ crowd. While you’re waiting for your YAAS, the rest of us will be enjoying the real thing.
I’m enjoying my Cherry Audio emulation. It’s not an enormously complex synth, it does things a little differently to modern (later 1970’s onwards!) synths and that’s why it’s interesting. Also see CS80…….
