Ultimate Patches has introduced UB-Xa Ultimate Patches, a collection of 300 patches for the Behringer UB-Xa synthesizer line.
They say that the collection spans vintage, modern and futuristic keys, polys, pads, leads and FX, and classic non-synth instruments: acoustic and electric guitars and basses, acoustic pianos, Rhodes and Wurlitzers, B3 organs, orchestral instruments and many others.
Here’s the official video demo:
Pricing & Availability:
UB-Xa Ultimate Patches is available now, with Black Friday pricing of $19.99. A free 15 Patch Taster Pack from the collection is also available.
“Don’t need no stinking patches!” had to be said.
love programming my UB, sooooo easy. keybed is too light imho though.
Hey John, would you recommend the UB-Xa module if I have a Summit? Or maybe it wouldn’t bring anything new to the table?
hi dash, i don’t now anything about Summit, sorry. i was drawn to UBXa by the OB-8 i used to have in the early 80’s, and the matrix modulation feature. i’m very happy with the sound of the synth, but i can’t play the keybed anything like a Korg Karma or Prologue keybed. all B’s keybed actions are too light for me. i prefer a piano action. so, i’m thinking of buying the desktop instead for my daily work, and donating the keyboard to someone else. at least, before the tariff’s raise the price.
