By now, you’ve probably heard all the usual suspects of holiday music enough times to make you wan to stick pencils in your ears.
Here, though, Pomplamoose does their quirky version of My Favorite Things as a “video song”.
The first rule of video songs is that what you see is what you hear (no lip-syncing).
The second rule is that if you hear it, you see it at some point.
This isn’t synth music or electronic music in the obvious sense, but Pomplamoose’s video songs make creative use of the possibilities afforded by cheap video editing apps.

My Favorite Things by Richard Rogers
Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein:
Rain drops on roses, whiskers on kittens, bright copper kettles, warm woolen mittens, brown paper packages tied up with strings, these are a few of my favorite things. Cream colored ponies, crisp apple strudels, doorbells and sleigh-bells, schnitzel with noodles, wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings, these are a few of my favorite things. When the dog bites, when the bee stings, when I’m feeling sad, I simply remember my favorite things and then I don’t feel… Silver white winters that melt into springs, these are a few of my favorite things…
She is so sweeet! Nice track!!
These guys have been Top 5 at my house for a while now. If you want to lose and couple of hours and then decide to quit music forever, check out their YouTube chanel.
Voice is annoying. Conte has talent and will go further without Dawn!
