For some reason I don't see a video or anything here so I'd like to make a quick guess: did he discover BitTorrent by any chance? 😉

I thought that too… .about Terry Riley. … But, if memory … err… Wikipedia serves, Teddy Riley was a Jazz synthesist.
everyone with a brain and an internet connection could research how to find nearly ANY commercially released album in after 1998(the era of the distribution companies). lets stick to reality people…… ffs!
this is only my opinion but….every record listed in this video other then the Herbie Hancock stuff is not really worth mentioning, the synths did all the work really. YA to the hardware those mentioned "artists" used!
lets interview any person with a synth and a story!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets all do that and treat it like gold!~!
its not worth mentioning john cage, morton subotnik, stockhausen, eno, tangerine dream??? who the fuck are you?
don't get me wrong… boring video… but to dismiss those artists and saying the synths did all the work? well you are a complete tool, dr.
