Touch Mix released this first look today of Deadmau5 on the Apple iPad.
Unfortunately, this looks like it’s just a demo of the iPhone version running on the iPad. Touch Mix looks like it could end up being much more usable on the iPad, given the extra screen space.
It is an iPhone app running in the iPad simulator. You can see the “1x”/”2x” button in the lower-right corner. Also this is breaking Apple’s NDA. They better watch themselves.

This might as well have just been any number of regular iphone apps enlarged on an ipad.. I agree that with the added space, we should see some new updates to the apps, not just the same thing enlarged to senior citizen proportions. Seems pretty premature to me.
iPad DJ apps will happen. Right now though, its not really there yet. The ported iPhone apps have more room to move now and need to re-organized their layout to utilize the new big screen to the fullest. How do you cue your song with these apps? Trotskiii (UK) – Yes, the concept is simple. What makes it different is that the interface isn't just a bunch of identical black squares like most drum pads. Instead, each row of drums is given a color and a size based on importance. The bass drum, snare, and hi-hat are large since they are used most often.
