This video, via lesingemonotone, pits a Moog Minimoog against a Moog Prodigy.
And guess what? They both sound massive!
Let me know what you think of the comparison.

I don't know what it is but Prodigy sounds somehow a bit deeper and I like it slightly more 🙂

The prodigy sounds more raw, rough, and unrefined (which is not to say bad), the minimoog more smooth, rounded, well behaved (which is not to say better).
The prodigy is kicking the minimoogs ass. I gotta get one.
So prodigy and minimoog sounds like same, but yet so different. Prodigy is Das bass synth small and limited and minimoog is much komplex and spihsticate synth. From mini you get deep bases ultimate leads and tons of fx sounds. Sweet and massive. In same time Prodigy have its wery own rage in bases eaven it is limited. I want them both.
What are the 2 knobs above the Prodigy keyboard for?
