Free Music Software: Here’s another Ableton Live freebie, from reader AfroDJMac, Operator Glitch Drums.

This week I write with word of Free Weekly Ableton Live Rack 33: Operator Glitch Drums. It’s a set of drum sounds made entirely with Ableton’s Operator FM Synthesizer.
I’ve thrown in some interesting effects: New York style compression, reverb, delay, distortion,,, I have also tried to emulate the vinyl crackle one gets while sampling off of a record; the crackle only happens during the actual drum sound, then suddenly disappears as the sample ends.
All in all, it’s a fun set of unique sounding drums! Thanks for sharing and I hope you enjoy!
