Sunday Synth Jam: This vintage clip captures Tim Blake ‘performing’ his Passage sur la Cite de la Revelation on French TV in 1979.
If there doesn’t seem to be any correlation between Blake’s hand movements and the music, remember that this is from 1979 and that sometimes happened in live television performances.
Anyone got any clues on what strings, he is using?
Yes Indeed, French TV in the 70’s insisted on “miming” to playback !
You may find this more interesting , insofar as the analog set-up is concerned :-
