Sinevibes has introduced Deep – an AudioUnit plugin for creating rhythmic filter effects on OS X.
Features:
- Its envelope sequencer runs synchronized to your DAW and modulates a steep, -48 dB/octave low-pass filter.
- Multiple shaping and timing options, as well as an intuitive interface
- Apply complex filtering patterns onto any instrument parts.
- Re-process and mangle beat loops with perfectly matched timing.
- Transform static, lifeless sounds into spectrally and rhythmically rich new material.
Deep works with Logic, GarageBand, Live, Maschine, Studio One, ReNoise, Reaper, Bidule and other Mac software that supports AudioUnit instrument plugins. It requires OS X Leopard, Snow Leopard or Lion.
Deep is available now for US $19.
Plugins like this make me wish i had a apple computer….. Hopefully they will make a Windows release? I can see a lot of potential use for this. Looks great.
A program called Gross Beats does similar things for Windows. Check it out if you are interested in this type of Product.
I like how the demo is in GarageBand. 😀
Couldn’t access the web site though.
We had a few hours of downtime on Sunday due to server maintenance works, but we’re back online.
If you’re gonna develop for OS X exclusively just put it in the app store it will make everyone’s life easier…
You can’t sell plugins in the Mac App Store, only apps are allowed.
