HarmonicDog has released an update to MultiTrack DAW – its 24-track audio recorder for iOS – adding AudioBus support.
MultiTrack DAW offers 8 track audio audio recording by default, but is is expandable to 24-track recording via an in-app purchase.
The update adds Audiobus support, a new SoundCloud upload form and more.
Here’s what’s new in version 3.2.2:
- Audiobus support: Now you can receive live audio directly from other Audiobus-compatible apps!
- New SoundCloud upload form.
- Projects with 8 or less tracks are now Uncached, for filespace savings.
- Max song length increased to 120 minutes for cached projects, and 300 minutes for uncached projects.
- Zoom out now holds 200 seconds per screen width.
- Increased screen width for iPhone 5 displays.
- New easy to read Input Sources lists all mono, stereo, and audiobus sources for each track.
- Bugfixes
MultiTrack DAW is available in the App Store for $9.99. If you’ve used MultiTrack DAW, let us know what you think of it!
I was using multitrack with audiobus all week. Must be bug fixes in this version. Hmmm…. Updating!
Does Multitrack DAW support automation (volume/pan etc.) editing?
Exactly what I’m wondering, after narrowly avoiding 50 bucks for Cubasis. It doesn’t have envelope editing or automation either.
How can I sync the tempos of multiple apps? I’d like to be able to use the metronome in MultiTrack DAW while playing drums in something like iElectribe…can I sync their tempos?
