Electronic dance music pioneer Giorgio Moroder is featured in the latest interview from the Red Bull Music Academy.
Moroder is getting renewed recognition because of his recent work with Daft Punk. But his pioneering productions of the 70’s and 80’s – ranging from Donna Summer’s I Feel Love to the Scarface score – helped define modern dance music, synth pop and electronic film soundtracks.
He only had two things to say (see the pic).
Gorgio Moroder is a kind and sweet man, far too accomplished to sit with this sad interviewer who is an absolute tool. He seems to be ill prepared to conduct a proper interview.
I came to the comments to see if anyone else thought the same of the interviewer. He is grossly ill-prepared to conduct this interview.
And yes, Giorgio seems like a wonderful person.
The interview was very casual, but informative and interesting. I really enjoyed it.
Thanks for this video. This was a very interesting and info packed interview.
I feel lucky to have been able to see this. Thanks
