  1. Pfah! Child’s play. What about the star jump sequence from Forbidden Planet? The howling landing roar of Klaatu’s saucer on the Washington baseball diamond in The Day The Earth Stood Still? Or the burping farting growling fireworks of Larry “Buster” Crabb’s Flash Gordon’s and Buck Rogers’s space rockets from the 1930s? You listen to THAT for 24 hours and then maybe you can call yourself hardcore.

  2. I sometimes loop the bridge sequence from Star Trek TOS for hours when I’m doing things that require a lot of concentration. Seems to help me focus.
