Sunday Synth Jam: This video captures a live performance by Tangram (Péter Fabók) at Chip Festival 2017, held Jan 28th-29th in Budapest, Hungary.
Fabók takes inspiration from pioneering synth artists like Tangerine Dream & Jean Michel Jarre, without trying to imitate their sound.
In our recent interview with Fabók, he noted, “I don’t think that my music is ‘Jarre-ish’ or ‘TD-ish’. I am not copying the old ones, only injecting some ‘e-music DNA’ into my compositions. Maybe I can describe my music ‘Budapest School’.”
Tangram Live at CHiP Festival Budapest, A38 01/29/2017. Fabók is joined at the end by vocalist Orsolya Katona.
An example of how take a bad movie (and good audio:) ) of a concert – camera is shaking from bass.
