The latest Benn and Gear video is a review of the Zoom ARQ Aero Rhythm Trak AR-48, an all-in-one instrument for production and performance.
The ARQ AR-48 is a drum machine, sequencer, synthesizer, looper, clip launcher, MIDI controller and live performance instrument – and looks a bit like a flying saucer.
If you’ve used the AR-48, share your thoughts on it in the comments!
Note: The meat of the video starts about 6:30 in.

has it a midi-in port for a controller keyboard?
If at all then only over USB. There is only a Midi out port. However you could probably use something like the Miditech USB MIDI Host to work around that. I use that with my AR-96.
I am not surprised that you are interested in that thing, seeing that it got 2 screens and all.
After finally watching the video, I have to say, this guy spent 3 weeks with it and couldn’t be bothered to visit the Zoom website once to find out what the “Bluetooth dongle” is for? Really? He wouldn’t have had to complain about the Ring-controller not working when not connected to the base station. Even if this thing is now more expensive than the AR-96, it’s actually meant to be a cheaper/reduced version of it. The AR-96 doesn’t need the “Bluetooth dongle” to work wireless, this one does.
