Kara Moon has a nice collection of free Windows software synthesizers, incluging Sartre XT, above, a 2 OSC (each VCO can produce 6 diff waveforms similatneously). Each VCO has its own VCF/Filt Aenv/Amp Env/LFO and a global Mod section.

Also available are Nietzsche – a 2 oscillator synth; Voltaire – a simple bassline synth; and Czar – a phase distortion synth.
