I love it! A bit tongue in cheek but very informative. I've never heard one before but this is a great showcase. And it's very cool to have Little Boots incorporating this low-tech synth plus other cool gear into her music.
Finally, I hadn't realized how much debt the SX-150 synth that came in that japanese magazine a few months ago owes to the good old stylophone.
The guy they're interviewing near the middle of this seems like a character out of a Christopher Guest mockumentary.
Hmm… I can't see anything. Tries to connect and fails every time – <sob>.
I have to say that I love this little instrument. Probably a good example of retro products (whats old just becomes the new "new"). Its really popular here in Australia. Lots of people have been picking them up.
oh and I forgot to mention, its good to see that it was Rolf Harris (an Australian) who championed the stylophone cause!!
Cool little documentary.
I've been playing Stylophones since 1995. I have the standard black one, a DOREMI knock off, and of course, the 350S model which I was hoping to see in this, but didn't. Oh well!
great to see people using them!

I heard that the original champion of the stylophone (rolf harris) actually made a tilt for the coveted UK Christmas song for 2009! Gotta say that Rolf Harris continues to chug along from his early days using the stylophone!
