Although Numark make pretty good equipment, I found this to be very flimsy and my Macbook Pro nearly dropped the few inches to the deck when I was not watching it properly. Just managed to catch it out of the corner of my eye, that it was going to drop. The frame itself is just 2 U shaped pieces of metal and a numark branded "slot" piece that holds them together. Not great, but if you want branded kit, then go ahead.
I normally use 2 bricks, covered with paper or cloth. Cheap (free) and easy!
Hi. Been looking at the Numark laptop stand, but can't find any dimensions for it. Could you tell me how high the thing is please ? … (the more I look, the better the 'brick sketch' sounds!

I have this laptop stand and it's great; lightweight, quick and easy to assemble and very study. No thunbscrews or shelves to keep up with. Simple and elegant design.
Keyboard Stand, I don't see what would make your mac book nearly fall, I've banged my table at gigs and my console in my "home studio" (dining room) and my laptop doesn't even wobble when on this stand.
