"Demonstrates how you can create…" ? IMO he demonstrated nothing, he only blogged about his approach on sampling; how he created samples using common instruments and sometimes also allowing some variations to go in there. Then he played some samples he made.
IMO he does bring out some good points but this was by far a demonstration on how to make this stuff yourself.
