Ableton has announced the Ableton Summer Music Challenge – a contest for young people (18 and under) that offers prizes from Ableton, Novation, Loopmasters and SoundCloud.
Eligible participants can submit a track via their own SoundCloud accounts to one of the following two age-specific contest groups:
- 15 to 18 years of age
- Younger than 15 years of age

Prizes
There will be two types of prizes in the ASMC, grand prizes and runner-up prizes. In each case, each winning participant will receive an individual prize and a school prize for his/her affiliated government accredited primary or secondary institution of learning.
