iPad Music Software: EXILE (App Store link) is the world’s first 0pera application for iPad.

The EXILE iPad App combines Greek tragedy, advanced digital media, new mobile technologies and contemporary music. The app is an interactive music video, featuring textured generative visuals of digital media artists Champagne Valentine.

Set on a desolate coastline, Helen Gifford’s chamber opera EXILE explores the psychological state of Iphigenia as she reflects on her time as a high priestess of human sacrifices.

“Creating an Opera that you can interact with on an iPad, converting an art form that is traditionally passive to active, it’s game changing,” according to Champagne Valentine.
