TheGigEasy has introduced a mounting solution for the Apple iPad: TheGigEasy Professional Mount.

The mount holds the iPad using four spring-loaded arms. The mount  rotates and snaps into portrait or landscape position to make use of the iPad portrait and landscape feature. The mount conforms to the international VESA standard, ensuring that the mount easily attaches to VESA stands and other arms and adapters.

Third party VESA type mounts are available worldwide that allow TheGigEasy mount to attach to nearly any fixture type. For musicians, optional accessories allow easy mounting of the iPad directly on a standard microphone or music stand.
