Here’s a peak at the synths of the Super Bowl.
Madonna’s music director Kevin Antunes rehearsed, earlier today, for the Super Bowl 46 halftime show. The photo captures Antunes, on the field at Lucas Oil Stadium, with his Roland Jupiter-80 and Fantom-G7.

Hmmm. Madonna digs guys who play big old keyboard workstations and dedicated keyboard synths, not guys with laptops, soft synths and little 49-key controllers. (If I were Roland, I just don’t know if I would welcome this endorsement. I guess I’d be happy, but at the same time worried.)
This is clearly exactly the market Roland was going for with their current product line.
Don’t think they were pluged in…lol!
