excellent ๐
We are getting tired of this cynical imitation, riding on the of fame of others. Who is this guy without the original acts?
Do you think the same about everyone making covers and parodies?
I think it’s a generational thing. While I see and respect the skill involved, the disaffected low-key self affacing thing falls completely flat with me. It’s the musical Michael Cera. Being genX it totally doesn’t speak to me, but I see how it can resonate with others.
@Mr J – Who is “we,” Kemosabe? It’s a well-produced cover and funny to boot. IMHO, take a deep breath and lighten up. ๐
I’m not a huge fan of these guys, but they did a pretty good job of this.
It’s all about fun. They had fun doing it, I had fun listen to it.
Finally someone find something to do with a BK3 …
Than you for bringing this to my atte n …
Hey !
just wanted to have your opinion on my latest production that I did with my band and mixed with some jazzy hip-hop.
It’s also a Daft Punk Get Lucky cover but very far from the original, and I’m always scared of slipping into ridiculous with that style so any comment is apreciated
Cheers!

I just love the confused/bewildered look on their faces the whole time…
Finally! Every time I hear that song I think, “This needs less sex appeal”.
That being said, I’d love to hear Niles Rodgers playing the uke.
