The Theremincello “was an invention of the Russian physicist Leon Theremin, around 1930.
Then it was forgotten for a very long time and now revived by “Theremingenieur” Thierry Frenkel, who completely reinvented the electronic circuitry with modern components and Augusto Triani who handcrafted the housing and the mechanics.
