AudioShare, an audio document file manager for iPad and iPhone, is available today as a free download.
AudioShare can be used to transfer files between apps and between your device and computer. For example, import a soundfile from your dropbox or music library, and share it on SoundCloud. Or audiocopy sounds from your favorite music-making app and import into the AudioShare library for later sharing or copying into other apps. Or record your live-jam from other Audiobus-apps.
You can record directly in the app, from hardware and other Audiobus compatible apps. Preview and play soundfiles with waveform display and looping, trim and normalize soundfiles, and convert to other file formats. With Audiobus, you can even play a file through Audiobus and record it back into AudioShare for external effects processing or sound-on-sound technique.
It’s free in the App Store (limited time).
it’s 3.99 in the app store not free :/ still looks worth it tho
To some, this news may have come a day late and 4 bucks short….
This is handy if only because it has a tool for cleaning out your audiocopy clipboard, which can get quite massive.
This is handy just because IOS won’t let its users handle files themselves. I really hope someday IOS will provide some kind of universally accessible document folder.
Great app to record audio, and manage my samples. Very handy to use it over my Dropbox.
