Technical details below:
Electric Guitar played using a cello bow & processed in Ableton Live using a variety of processors. The signal is split into three bands and processed separately. On top of that, reverb and delay is added to the signal to create the long evolving textures.

No disrespect but how hard is it to put an eq, reverb and delay on a bowed guitar. Sorry but cmon
not hard, but separating into multiple bands allows for the wash up high, and more definition of notes elsewhere etc… this is just a bit more sophisticated version of what you are describing, allowing a bit more control…
