I think this is the best thing I’ve heard using only Volcas. Great!
Nicely done. This is one of the best Volca-only things I’ve seen.
The only thing I don’t like about the Volcas is that snare drum on the Beats. Has anyone figured out any mods for that – like maybe a way to adjust the pitch lower? That might help.
The only “mod” I figured out was boxing it back up and returning it to the store. 🙂
In my opinion, the volca beats really has the world’s worst analog snare sound, it absolutely ruined what could have been a decent product, and it’s literally just another tom + some crud they jokingly call the ‘noise’ element, it’s maddeningly hopeless. 🙁
Wow. What a “performance.”
The most exciting part was where he wiped his nose.
Agreed, but it wasn’t necessarily a performance, it was a “test” of some sort judging by the title. Personally, I find adding the word “test” to my own self-published “performances” is a good way to shirk responsibility for the content of my work, but that’s just me. 🙂
Don’t blame me if it says “performance” in the text.
I didn’t write it.
So when are you going to post your performance so we can all see how better you are?
Dude, it’s a synth jam, not a rock concert. And really nice one too.
Heheh, apparently live = sequenced + on-the-fly adjustments.
If not a ‘live performance’ what do you suggest it be called then?
Personally I think you’re being a little precious about the whole thing
Man am i glad i got these.
It really is an analog gateway drug.
If korg doesnt follow it up with a full on analog electribe they are insane.
