This video offers a sneak preview of Refined Stochastic’s Takete for iOS – an audiovisual performance tool that’s currently in development.
According to Refined Stochastic, Takete “offers fine control between audio and visual elements to create immersive and tightly integrated AV works.”
Details on specifications and pricing are to be announced. Release date is planned for late 2014.

Looks great for even just audio stuff. I’m guessing this will be ipad air only though
I’m the developer of Takete, it was originally designed on an iPad2 and will run on any device from this upward with both audio and visuals. Thanks for your interest.

What are the visual aspects for in this app’ does the app broadcast the visuals separately for an audience or are the visuals just for the app user’ basically what’s the app for?
The visual output can be displayed using a VGA/HDMI/DVI connector or wirelessly with Airplay.
