Sunday Synth Jam: In this video, Fabrizio Muratori delivers 1:37 of keytar shredding on the Alesis Vortex keytar.
There is, unfortunately, no time for ‘synth face’ shots in this video. instead, the video captures a short keytar solo on Bad Cable Day, composed by ‘freak guitarist’ Mattias IA Eklundh.
I don’t think it should count if you’re sitting down. 🙂
Hell fuckin yeah
excellent !!!!
ok… I never thought Keytars could be something cool (you know Modern Talking etc…)
BUT this here, ROCKS!
Well done dude. Cool
A question….why do we always hear keytarists…and keyboard soloists in the rock genre…emulating guitarists? What is the standard for the KEYBOARD in this setting?
I only bring this up after fielding the comment from a friend about this video, “Sounds like a guitar-player wannabe.” I was pissed. Thought about it for a bit, and even realized that Jordan Rudess sounds a lot like a guitarist much of the time.
Who is out there, creating something original for our instrument of choice?
It’s in fact very complex in this full of activity life to listen news on Television, thus I only use internet for that reason, and
get the newest news.
