”SHARC processors provide a “massive” DSP boost for running large professional mixes”
Question:
What is a “large” mix?
one which uses “many” plug-ins
Hopefully it will work like this:
“many” plugins power hunger < "massive" boost
Make a satellite for an iPad too. I’d pay $1000 for a Quad core UAD-2.
Anyone interested in a DSP system should also take a look at Sonic Core’s Xite-1!
It comes with 18 Sharc DSP and the Scope software which is an entire studio environment including full blown consoles, synths and MIDI and audio processors. And you can route everything to anything just like in a real studio.
There are tons of free plug-ins, too! See scopeportal.com for just some examples.
Great system!
