My previous USB interface was a jittery, traitorous cur, but since I replaced it with a 2i2, everything musical has become a pleasure to tackle. My old Mackie mixer occupies the main inputs, with dependable results outside its USB/softsynth aspects. The box feels physically solid, but it also performs 100%, 6 months along. Its a WIN for me.
The 2i2 had clipping issues with high output guitar pickups. The 2i4 had the pad button for this.
Does the solo have any similar function to deal with clipping?
