AudioThing has introduced Phase Motion – a new phaser plug-in, featuring up to 16 phasing stages.
The Rate can be adjusted in Hertz or it can be synced to the host/DAW tempo. You can choose from 5 waveforms (sine, triangle, saw, square, random s&h) to modulate the phase, and you can tweak Depth and Feedback to range from classic vintage phaser sounds to extreme digital modulations.
For even more phase modulation effects it is also possible to invert the modulation phase for one channel of a stereo signal.
Here’s a video intro:

I fucking hate the sound of phase fx
Then this probably isn’t the plug-in for you.
Phase is often best used subtlety, where you don’t even know you are hearing it.
I never had much interest in phasing…until now. a classic.
… But I do love the sound of this too! Was just pointing out that phase is really flexible, so you probably don’t hate it. Just this application of it.
Is there a demo available?
