finally. good drum machine again. had not been usable for some time due to incompatibility with iOS8. the iPad version saw its update weeks ago, though.
Cool app for sure
I like the app, have had it on my iPhone for years now. iPad too. But run Ios7 still, I’ve heard IOS 8 is a pain for music apps and other problems. I really want to update this app, but I love using the WIST feature. Maybe I will update the iPad DM1 but keep the old version on the iPhone so I can sync Gadget or IPOLYSIX with DM1 still. Are the developers considering bringing WIST back in a later update if a more suitable IOS hits the streets?
Exporting does not work properly on the iPad version. Too bad because I really like it otherwise. I haven’t had a chance to try the iPhone version to see if it’s any better.
this is my favourite ios drum app. too bad it does not work properly.
the midi implementation is really buggy or completely non functional.
i am honestly completely confused why they do not have an option for sample start.
this would make it absolutely outstanding sample chopping/composing tool for seemingly very little effort.
as much as i like ipad apps they always stop short of real usability and then get forgotten or die.
samplr is great aswell but has a bunch of other issues and no update in a while.
just too bad.
I wonder when will they update their OS X version. It never ran well. Kept crashing so much that I had to stop using it. I thought it would be perhaps easier to make some rhythm patterns on a computer and then send them to DM1 on iPad. It really was a waste of money. Not the IOS version though.
just for the records: DM1’s MIDI seems not to work on my iPhone 5S, latest iOS 8. cannot see any other app. 🙁
Did you check the setting? Sometimes the defaults are set wrong
Plus also check to see what other apps are running, I have had problems with some apps killing the sound of others
My favorite drummachine app. Simple but effective.
