Erica Synths has announced that its new Eurorack synthesizer cases are now available.
The Erica Synths Euro cases are full aluminum designs that they say are ‘developed with superior functionality in mind.’
Erica Synths Eurorack Cases
The cases themselves are modular in design. Add wooden side panels for desktop use, combine two units and have EMS Synthi-like configuration or use rack ears to put your modular in your rack-mount studio system.
Comes with aluminum rails, two power distribution rails with 13 connector sockets each and wooden side panels as option.
Cases are available in two different configurations:
- 2x84HP 50mm for skiff modules: and
- 2x84HP 140mm deep cases for more exotic and DIY modules. 140mm cases comes with PSU of your choice installed (universal 110/220V 1,3A switching PSU or Doepfer-like 1,25A PSU).
Erica Synths also offers a customization service, so you can get your name, band logo, etc silk-screened on the 140mm cases.

Every time I see a new eurorack case, I have a brief lapse of sanity in which I think something along the lines of…
“… Oh maybe this case will represent a fiscally viable entry point into…”
Then I shake my head, return to reality and remember that “Eurorack Case” is code for “inexplicably expensive box with a power supply inside.”
Maybe I should follow David Cameron’s advice and become an evangelical christian; it worked for him.
