Roger Arrick of Synthesizers.com shared a new video, below, demonstrating the company’s Q119 Sequential Controller:
The Q119 is part of the Synthesizers.com large-format, MU line of synth modules.
While the module shares the general look of the classic Moog Modular step sequencer, the Q119 is a new design, and has some advantages and disadvantages compared to the original Moog 960 Sequential Controller. Arrick has a comparison of the two designs at his site.
Synthesizers.com offers a modern clone of the Moog 960, the Q960. Moog Music also now offers a reissue of the original, as part of their modular system reissues.
The Synthesizers.com Q119 Sequential Controller is available for US $560, via the the company’s site.
