Audiomodern has just released the third and final part of their Sync series of Instruments. Sync 3 is a loop-based sampler instrument for Native Instruments’ Kontakt (also available in WAV, AIFF & REX formats).
Sync 3 focuses on what Audiomodern calls “futuristic sounding” electronic and glitch drum groove construction kits, which blend IDM, Breaks, Organic, Ambient, Glitch, Trip-hop, Minimal, and Futuristic Electronica, among others.

Guess I’m tired of “the future” lol. The glitch thing is sooo passé.
At a glance, I was bugged by the use of the name “Intelligent Polyrhythms”.
It implies that polyrhythms are usually stupid. Also, this app has NOTHING to do with polyrhythms.
Kinda tough to come up with a cool name for modern percussion samples. Hmmm.
It’s a pretty nice sounding demo track, though. I think I’d buy them if it was around $10.

I think that “intelligent” refers to Intelligent Dance Music (IDM)
Maybe I’ve missed something, but I didn’t hear any polyrhythms in that demo (the high speed glitchy stuff doesn’t count).
