At Superbooth 16, we talked with the Musik App Manufaktur – a coalition of iPad music software makers.
They were demonstrating their applications, and their support of the new Ableton Link standard, by jamming together, synced wirelessly.
Musik App Manufaktur includes the developers of Elastic Drums, zMors Modular/Synth, Modstep and Triqtraq.
zMors was also being used to send both audio and control voltages to a Eurorack modular synthesizer.
Nice setup!
Very glad to hear about “Musik App Manufaktur”.
Musik App Manufaktur is/was a collaboration of indie developers for Superbooth16, mainly to divide costs and save resources and to have more fun in a bigger group of people. BUT it also emerged from the spirit of sharing knowledge and from the idea of working together on projects such as Superbooth16, to be able to compete with bigger brands at all.
I guess you will hear again from Musik App Manufaktur in the future 🙂
And here’s the other side of that, in case you want to see how synthhead records this stuff 🙂
Gah… forgot the link:
