I don’t see the point of a 360 video when all the action only happens right in front of you.

Mesmirising Masala
I like the idea of a 360 video, but it would be cooler if it were presented in a format where you could actually take advantage of it instead of seeing it flat. Embedded in a viewer where the user could rotate around at will would be fun. And for bonus points, a true VR headset environment would be cool.
It is rotatable. Use the arrows on the circle in the top left of the video to change views while playing. This is the entire point of 360 videos on youtube.
I see no arrows, no circle, 🙁
