Portland-based Metzger Tech has introduced the Archimedes Bipolar Dynamic Signal Manipulator (BDSM) module. 

The module takes a bipolar input signal and breaks apart the positive and negative section of the signals. Then it runs each of the signals through a four-quadrant multiplier.
