Electronic musician and visual artist Peter Speer has created an annotated video that demonstrates how to control the Make Noise 0-Coast synthesizer with external software (Max/MSP, OSCulator, Ableton Live), a Nintendo Wii remote and a KMI QuNexus keyboard.
Speer asks viewers to note: “all effects (Reverb, Bit Crush, Beat Repeat) are in Ableton, not the 0-Coast. “
You can follow Speer’s music, art, and performances at his Diode Ring website. More information about the Make Noise O-Coast, and Keith McMillen Instruments’ QuNexus at the companies’ respective websites.
Very cool!
Two words: clever and inspiring.
