Arturia has shared a series of videos, embedded above, that’s intended to provide a complete introduction to their new MatrixBrute synthesizer.
See also our update on the Arturia MatrixBrute from Knobcon:
The Arturia MatrixBrute synthesizer is a programmable monophonic / duophonic analog synthesizer, featuring with three ‘Brute’ oscillators, Steiner-Parker and ladder filters, three envelope generators, analogue effects and a matrix-style modulation matrix.
Pricing and Availability
The Arturia MatrixBrute is priced at $1,999. The release date is still to be announced. See the Arturia site for more info.
terrible first video. give us Kraftwerk, not lame prog rock as a demo video. what’s with the analog avant-garde? we’re not that stupid. hope it’s a good synth though.
I think it’s a good video.. well presented, shows it in use, lets it hear it in context and breakdowns the components in pretty animations.
Such a poor launch, no presets in many of the vids and lame videos… Arturia you can do better!
Presets are typically among the last thing developed. I think they’ll have no problem coming up with good ones. If not, create them yourself. I’m more concerned about build quality (not found of the Brute builds) and support.
