Pricing and Availability
The Dreadbox NYX is available to pre-order for US $679 and is expected to ship in Jan. See the Dreadbox site for more info.
Is this the most affordable Dreadbox?
Hades is $339 and Erebus is $599 (for standalone units). Of course they do offer some eurorack modules and the new White Line series from them ranges in the $39-$139 area.
I think Erebus is typically $549. Seems like that and the Nyx would compliment each other well.
…want. but there are too many synthesizers that i want these days…
Sounds great and beautiful looking synth too
Wow this sounds amazing! I wish I could afford it right now. I love this new wave of paraphonic analog synths.
Welp, the reverb sounds awesome.
I’m lucky enough to have their Murmux v2, and it sounds sublime. I can vouch that this company makes killer synths!
I own the Hades and Erebus and absolutely LOVE them! I think I will sell my Korg MS-20 Mini and put the money towards the Nyx. I want all 3! Dreadbox are amazing, just love their synths. This reminds me of something in between the Erebus an Murmux V2. Was so gutted I missed out on the Murmux V2, but this looks great! Patch the 3 together to make a monster 4 Osc, 2 Sub Osc paraphonic analog synth with drive, echo, and reverb. 🙂
I’ll second what others are saying, Dreadbox makes incredible synths. I have an Erebus, and it has wonderful sounding Oscillators; they have a real heft.
Sounds great and looks great.
Unconditional love for all things Dreadbox. I hope they have a semi-modular drum machine in the works!
f%^kin’ WOW! fab stuff.
Their stuff is always so consistently good. It’s just a pity that they become super expensive once I convert currency.
Deep want.
