Synthesist Olivier Briand has one of the first Arturia MatrixBrute synthesizers made, and shared this video, showcasing some of the sonic possibilities of the new synth.
The first few seconds of the video are narrated in French, with Briand introducing the MatrixBrute. The rest of the 15+ minute video features Briand demonstrating a variety of sounds, sequences and effects, created with the new synth.
Giorgio?
This is the first MatrixBrute demo that makes me want one! Amazing! Well done!
its sounds very nice arturia has been on the right track . would love a eurorack module from them and i think they have covered everything. keystep mkII would be nice as well
love it, such a cool instrument.
it would be great if arturia would make the analogue fx section as a eurorack module, it’s got a great sound.
Actually just really nice to listen to. Almost a record. It’s just a shame it’s mono
You sure your speakers are ok?
6:20 that sequencer mute stuff is lovely! Great demo! Would love one, but don’t have the space or courage to buy anything so costly from Arturia…
Reminded me of Autechre in some way especially towards the end when he filtered it…
yes great demo. i really don’t need it but…WANT!
Aaaaaand then there are the concerns over build quality and customer support.
Olivier Briand has very good taste for demos.
Very nice, but I hear nothing new being brought to the table here.
