Oblivion Sound Lab has released OSL Chorus, a free audio effect for Mac & Windows, inspired by the onboard chorus of the Roland Juno 60 synthesizer.
OSL Chorus is designed to create rich, wide choruses that are perfect for bringing dry synth patches to life. In its default configuration, OSL Chorus emulates the original unit. But adjustable parameters let you dial in custom choruses that range from subtle to extreme.
Audio Demos:
Features:
- Adjustable LFO rate and depth
- Adjustable delay offset
- Low pass filter to control the chorus brightness
- Separate dry and wet controls for precise mix levels
- All parameters can be automated from the host DAW
- Supports stereo-to-stereo and mono-to-stereo channels
- Compatible with 32 and 64 bit hosts
OSL Chorus is a free download from the Oblivion Sound Lab site.
Not noisy enough.
Not a Roland chorus! Not even close…
Did a comparison with my Juno 60’s chorus and other than the lack of noise, its almost identical. amazing!
Might not be “just like the Roland chorus”, but honnestly I was expecting something far worse for this. I just put it on a simple bass synth, and made it HUUUUUUGE. Nice on hats as well
Wow! Cool synth sounds , plugin or hardware synths are used with this chorus ?
Edit: I just checked your soundcloud page and i saw those are sounds for Diva synth. Nice work.
