Organizers have announced that Machines In Music – a free 2-day festival with a focus on modular synthesizers – will return to Queens, NY October 14-15, 2017.

The event will be held at Knockdown Center, a repurposed factory building that’s been turned into an art and performance space.

Last year’s event featured free daytime exhibitions, with about 50 gear makers, on both Saturday and Sunday. A paid concert on Saturday featured Suzanne Ciani, Alessandro Cortini, Mark Verbos, and Tearing Light From Sound.
