The Percussa Super Signal Processor Eurorack Module (SSP) – a powerful new Eurorack module design – will be getting support for Multidimensional Polyphonic Expression (MPE), a standard for communicating expressive performance information over MIDI.

The SSP is a powerful digital Eurorack module, based on one of the fastest ARM processors available, the quad-core Cortex A17, and high-end ADC/DAC converters. The module will be able to run a variety of applications. 

Percussa’s Bert Schiettecatte let us know that their Kickstarter project to fund production of the module has met its first ‘stretch’ funding goal, which enabled adding MPE support. The next stretch goal, if met, will add five functions, including: a sampler module with time stretching; granular processor; simple delay; bit crusher; and physical modeling membrane.

Pricing and Availability

Production of the Percussa Super Signal Processor Eurorack Module is being funded via a Kickstarter project. The module is available to project backers for US $1,500, with deliver planned for May 2018.
